How fit do I need to be to start taking DIEFIT Workouts?

DIEFIT is for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. The moves are simple, effective with modifiable options meaning you choose the intensity. You will soon experience the benefits of resistance training and functional fitness. You never know until you try.

How many times a week should I do DIEFIT Workouts?

For REAL results we recommend you take at least 2 – 5 times per week.

What do I need to bring with me?

We provide everything needed for your workout at DIEFIT so all you need is comfortable workout clothes, (optional) yoga mat, supportive flat shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. Check out the latest DIEFIT MERCH made by Roddy to represent the Club.

Can I suggest a song?

Yes absolutely! Just let COACH know and we’ll set the vibe by adding your suggestion to the queue. We look forward to seeing your favorite workout songs!

What is Strength based HIIT?

A Combination of Resistance Training and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves switching between brief, intense efforts and recovery intervals. We enhance our workouts by integrating weights and functional movements, helping you push beyond your comfort zone. This approach can be applied to any activity, resulting in a highly effective fitness regimen.
